New Spidey Peeks

With no build up of fanfare, the first picture of Spider-man from the upcoming and still unnamed Spider-man reboot was released on to the interweb.

It looks like this:


















Which seemed like a step up from the Sam Raimi version. No raised webbing, slightly more stylized, a little less spandexy, visible web shooters...ugh...um, we'll have to get into that at another time.

Anyways, it was looking somewhat promising for the newly revamped, possibly more teen angsty Spidey.

And, um, well, I don't know. It's just seems kinda...I don't know...weird, maybe?...There's just something about it thats just seems kinda...um, I don't know...just kinda off..and yet I have this strange feeling we might have seen something like this before...
